About the Law Offices of
Omondi & Associates, PLLC
The Law Offices of Omondi & Associates, PLLC is a personal injury firm founded by Tom Omondi during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic: he was even sworn in as an attorney via Zoom while the country was on lockdown. Before practicing law, Tom spent over 15 years as a registered nurse in the Houston area, beginning at the bedside and advancing to leadership, serving as CEO of a long-term acute care hospital.
While in law school, he continued working nights and weekends as a hospice nurse, caring for patients during some of life’s most difficult moments. Today, he brings the same level of care and compassion to his legal work, helping individuals navigate car accidents, truck accidents, slip-and-falls, and medical malpractice cases involving serious, life-altering injuries.

Our Areas of Practice
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Motor vehicle accidents can leave you dealing with injuries, medical care, and uncertainty about what comes next. We handle cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, rideshare incidents, pedestrian accidents, and rear-end collisions. Each case is carefully evaluated to understand what happened and how it has affected your health, recovery, and daily life.
Personal Injury
Personal injury cases arise when someone else’s actions or negligence lead to harm. We assist with matters such as slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and product-related injuries. Our approach focuses on understanding the full impact of your personal injuries and helping you take informed steps forward with your claim.
Catastrophic Injuries
Catastrophic injuries often involve long-term or permanent effects that change how you live and work. We handle cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe orthopedic damage, and wrongful death. These cases require careful evaluation of both immediate needs and future considerations, including ongoing care and support for you and your family.
Medical Malpractice
Medical malpractice occurs when a healthcare provider fails to meet the accepted standard of care. We handle cases involving birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, defective medical devices, and more.
